These quick Rolo pretzel turtles are a time saver during the holidays. Rolo pretzel turtles have been around for years. I’m not sure if they qualify as a cookie or a candy but they sure are delicious. They come together in less than 10 minutes and the sweet salty combination can’t be beat.

You’ll want to add these to your baking list, especially if your in a time crunch. I did a post on these years ago and instead of just updating the photos, I’m doing a whole recipe makeover. Not that there is much to makeover, but you get it. It literally comes together in minutes. This could be one of your easiest holiday recipes ever.

Quick Rolo Pretzel Turtles Recipe:

Ingredients:

• Bag of round or square pretzels
• Bag of Rolo candies
• Sanding sugar (optional)
• Cashews, pecans, or nuts of choice

Rolo Preztel Turtles Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
• Arrange Pretzels on a baking sheet & unwrap and place a rolo on top of each pretzel
• Place on top rack in oven and bake for 3-5 minutes or until chocolate looks melted

• Remove from oven and place nuts or pretzels on top of melted chocolate pressing downward.

• You can also make a pretzel sandwich caramel bite if you don’t like nuts
• Sprinkle on some red sanding sugar for an added holiday touch

You can leave some plain for those picky holiday eaters.
